LABELLING & PACKAGING SERVICE

PROTEIN MANUFACTURING
We have years of expertise producing protein powders under our own brand, including whey proteins, vegan proteins, and protein isolates. We offer you the option of creating original recipes or letting you pick from a large assortment of flavors. We provide product development and research, formulation, quality assurance, packaging, and fulfillment as part of our protein manufacturing service.

LYOPHILIZATION
The process of lyophilization (freeze-drying): This is an energy-intensive and time consuming premium preservation method in which the food is dried by evaporating the frozen water from the product under a vacuum with gentle heating, and sublimating, that results: – sugars that do not caramelize- aromas that retain their freshness- active substances which remain without decomposition- It is also a procedure that protects the taste and contents of the product for an extended period of time- This procedure can be used in capsules and beverage powders as well by grinding.
The process can be divided into three parts:
1. Freezing – in this case most of the moisture content freezes
2. Main drying (sublimation) – sublimation is drying under a vacuum, during which the transfer of material and heat takes place. Water molecules sublimate from the ice crystal (solid phase) to the gas phase.
3. Post-drying (desorption): removal of residual water by raising the temperature.
